DESSERT POP-UP
Hotelie Entrepreneurs led a dessert pop-up during the spring semester of 2019 to raise money for _____. We partnered with students who varied in expertise, such as design, finance, or F&B operations, to deepen our ties to our community outside of the Hotel School. Located at E-Hub, passing students enjoyed the tasty and convenient break from the rigors of Cornell University.
SPEAKER SERIES
One way we help our members learn more about entrepreneurship is through rewarding guest speaker sessions. We have lined up several potential guest speakers for the near future and we would love your input on who you think would be most beneficial to hear from. The three options we’ve given some thought to at the moment are John Zimmer, founder of ridesharing app Lyft, Steve Rushmore, founder of consulting firm HVS, and Rachel Roginsky, founder of asset management services and consulting firm Pinnacle Advisory Group. Additionally we will possibly be hosting a speaker from IHG’s Americas Group to come speak as well.
EZRA'S CLOSET
Ezra's Closet is a new initiative on campus to help provide business professional attire to students who may find it difficult to acquire such clothing. Hotelie Entrepreneurs will continue to help facilitate clothing drives and fundraising endeavors.
